Making a Freedom of Information request
All requests must be in writing or by email. You must state that your request is being made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and include your contact name and address. You must state clearly what information is required.

What happens next
We will reply to you within 20 working days and tell you who is dealing with your request. We will tell you if any fees are required.
In certain cases, we will not be able to give you the information you request. If this happens, we will tell you why.
